Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry specialist to support our wedding group operations within the hospitality sector. This role involves managing data related to wedding bookings, guest reservations, creating addendums to ensure smooth execution of wedding group.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and maintain data for wedding group reservations, including guest information and dates
• Verify accuracy of entries and make necessary updates in the reservation system.
• Assist in generating addendum for existing contracted groups.
• Collaborate with the group's team to ensure all data reflects current bookings and changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information and adhere to data privacy regulations.
• Perform regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including filing and document management and billing. 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or business is a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry, preferably in the hospitality or event planning industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) 
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with reservations and groupsp software or hospitality management systems.
