Responsibilities Include

1. Owning virtual assistance (chatbot) strategy
2. Developing and supporting implementation of use cases such as customer-facing chatbots, knowledge retrieval, and helpdesk bots
3. Maintaining the Kore.AI vendor platform
4. Exploring innovative generative AI use cases
5. Providing detailed technical design and development of software solutions
6. Proposing and designing software solutions to address complex business needs
7. Writing code, testing, and deploying software
8. Preparing technical and procedural documentation required for software
9. Maintaining and debugging software
