Requirements

1. Bachelor or higher degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
2. 4+ years of industry experience in large-scale system development, with excellent system design skills.
3. Proficient in one or more backend programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
4. Familiar with MySQL, NoSQL, Redis, MQ and other common open source components.
5. Strong business acumen, excellent logical analysis ability. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and collaboration ability.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in research and development of copyright/media/streaming/film integrated business.
2. Sensitive to data, with good data analysis and data mining skills.
3. Experience in team management and project management.
