CNC Machinist

We're looking for a talented CNC Machinist to join a passionate team dedicated to quality and innovation. This direct-hire position offers you the chance to work with advanced technologies, including two 5-axis milling centers, in an environment that truly values its employees.
Salary: $52,000 per year
2nd Shift Available
Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Program and adjust machine settings to ensure precision and quality
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments as needed
• Conduct quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet industry standards
• Keep the work area clean and organized, following all safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, strong analytical skills for reading engineering drawings and blueprints, and familiarity with various metal materials and machining tools. A minimum of three years of proven CNC machine operating experience is required, along with a certification or diploma in engineering preferred.
