Job Description and Responsibilities :
B2U is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join the leadership team, reporting to the
Vice President of Engineering, whose responsibilities will include:
• Lead and manage engineering team from hub of operations in Lancaster, CA
• Coordinate engineering for B2U’s BESS project deployments in conjunction with
engineering team, engineering consultants and operations team
• Determine priorities of product roadmap in conjunction with VP Engineering and
management; lead implementation of priority initiatives
• Oversee processes and procedures for operations and assembly and construction
to ensure safety and quality control assurance.
Skills and Experience :
• Strong leadership, management and communication skills
• Project management, cost control, schedule development, and risk management
skills
• Highly motivated, process-oriented self-starter who thrives in an innovative and
entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within constraints
• At least seven (7) years of engineering experience
• At least five (5) years of engineering management
• At least five (5) years with BESS or power generation industry experience
• U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident
