Responsibilities:

• Maintain and implement company Quality Management System
• Create Process Maps and documented procedures and specs for products
• Help develop product use and care instructions.
• Bridge the gap between product development and production launch
• Work with suppliers to improve their quality and solve problems
• Product innovations and improvements
• Manufacturing quality and process improvements
• Interface with customers on quality issues
• Solve and resolve Customer and Warranty issues
• Technical support for Sales and Customer Service
• Experiment with printing and coating process innovations
• Investigate new equipment and processes
• Establishing production procedures and controls
• Production troubleshooting
• Investigate root cause of QC issues and implement corrective actions
• Benchmark testing of competitive products
• Develop new test methods to duplicate field performance issues
