Role: ServiceNow Developer with integration experience

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

Job Description:

Must have skills:

• Minimum 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments and minimum of 7+ years of technology implementation

• Knowledge of ITSM modules on processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, Security Operations and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API, etc.

• Experience in developing complex catalog items

• Experience in customizing Service Portal widgets & pages.

• Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.

• Should have experience of leading team for implementing ITSM tools and continuous improvements

• Experience in the implementation, administration, maintenance and enhancements of ServiceNow

• Experience using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor to configure workflows and automate tasks

• Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules (ACLs).

• Developing and maintaining the configuration management database (CMDB) to ensure that

configuration items and processes are current.

• Creating and implementing custom widgets, complex pages, Resolving UI performance bottlenecks, Taxonomies and portal content.
