Process Engineer

The Process engineer will support daily extrusion operations, assisting with equipment maintenance, changeovers, troubleshooting, and training.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health & Safety, and Continuous Improvement policies
• Monitor SOCs and process controls; document changes and communicate with the Supervisor
• Track regrind percentages and implement waste reduction strategies
• Perform tooling setups, changeovers, and startups
• Develop systems to address process/tooling variances
• Conduct inspections and maintain spare tooling records
• Train new hires and participate in preventative maintenance

Required Skills:

• Basic computer skills and understanding of SPC
• Familiarity with inspection techniques
• Associate's Degree or higher in Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of extrusion processing experience
