Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled full-time Electrical Assembly Specialist - Harness & Connector Builder to produce high-quality custom electrical components, fixtures, and more while following detailed Solidworks 3D prints to meet safety and quality requirements.
This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. However, the Assembly Technician - Harness & Connector Builder is expected to dedicate the time required to meet the company's strategic plan when needed.

Responsibilities
• Assemble mechanical and/or electronic subassemblies or products
• Perform high and low-voltage product testing
• Provide troubleshooting expertise and guidance within assembly areas
• Conduct product testing as part of the final inspection of the product
• Clean and maintain the workspace
• Organize and maintain raw materials and work in process within the work area
• Complete production paperwork including work orders, sales orders, and quality/testing documentation
• Assist with physical inventory audits by counting and tagging parts accurately
• Understand, support, and execute all work in a safe manner using the established procedures, methods, and safe working requirements
• Implements and maintains department policies and standards

• Ability to use a computer, including Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to either stand or sit for extended periods
• Ability to bend, push, pull, reach, grab, turn, twist, and/or stoop
• Ability to grab small parts or hand tools with hands
• Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-management, and co-workers as needed
• Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
