Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking qualified candidates with expertise in as many of the following technologies as possible:

1. VB.NET
2. HTML5
3. CSS3
4. JavaScript
5. JQuery
6. JSON
7. RequireJS
8. Knockout
9. AngularJS
10. AJAX

The position is to convert an existing Silverlight implementation into a single page application (SPA) using a combination of the above mentioned technologies. Therefore, candidates should have a strong background in Silverlight and/or WPF and be familiar with XAML, data bindings, SOAP web services , and other related technologies.

It is expected that the candidate is comfortable using Visual Studio (any version) and Team Foundation Server for source control.

Prior experience with Oracle database + PL/SQL would be ideal but is not required.

Candidate must be able to work independently and think creatively when developing solutions. We will not be able to provide a lot of “hand-holding” for the project as our resources are already managing a heavy work load.
