My client in Baltimore, MD is looking for a Manager to lead the charge on an initiative for the Target Program. This position would be working with Adobe Reports & Analytics in the Digital Marketing Division to run optimization tests for 6 lines of business. Using analytics from websites on the customer experience to create tests to drive unique experiences across all customers and potential customers visiting the pages.

Required Skills:

1. Experience running optimization programs
2. Analytics and Digital Target experience
3. Adobe Reports and Analytics experience - Adobe Test and Targets, Adobe Cloud Marketing, Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM), Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Work Bench / Insights

Nice to Have:

1. Financial Industry experience
2. Understanding of Legal reviews and what tests need to be run
