Chief Engineer- Class A

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds
• Providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems
• Follow all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety
• Check building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by the client
• Lead by example and manage a small staff

Requirements

• Class A office engineer experience 10 years minimum
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Management experience
• Understanding of building systems including, but not limited to, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc
