If you are an Engineering student looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you as a Facilities Engineering Co-op! Based in our Eden Prairie, MN location, you will provide engineering support for various facility related projects.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Contribute through planning, design, and modification of facilities assets to support the business functions within.
  • Learn how engineering problem solving methodology can be applied to complex problems.
  • Participate in multiple projects at different stages such as initiation, design, planning, and execution.
  • Be exposed to critical and complex building systems such as chilled water, heating water, hazardous exhaust, electrical distribution, specialty gases, fire protection, etc.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering or Science from an Engineering School (students of any class status will be considered).
  • Zero (0) years of related experience.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person at a Twin Cities location (Shakopee, Chanhassen, or Eden Prairie, MN).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Prior internship experience.
