LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Building Engineer in Sacramento, CA. This role is full-time, direct-hire, salary $85K - $100K.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and perform full preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Perform repairs on various electrical, plumbing and HVAC equipment.
• Respond to building emergencies as needed.
• Respond to tenant service requests.
• Interact with vendors and contractors.
• Respond to HVAC service calls as required.
• Check buildings regularly to maintain proper building temperature for tenant areas.
• Additional assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Building Engineer
• HVAC building code knowledge
• General repair, electrical troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and organized
• Ability to interact with client and client employees, senior management, staff, and vendors as a service professional at all times
