Sysdyne Technologies is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Customer Support team. We are growing rapidly via our best-in-breed cloud-native products and our second-to-none customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 2-5 years of experience in technical support activities
  2. Hands-on experience in SQL, Scripting (batch, shell, power shell etc.)
  3. Hands-on experience in working with APIs (REST, SOAP)
  4. Prior experience in ETL (DTS, SSIS, Nifi)
  5. Hands-on experience in XML/XSLT
  6. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud experience is a nice to have
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good analytical skills

POSITION DETAILS

  1. Handle ad hoc requests from customers to import data into SQL from XML, CSV formats
  2. Build and support ETL pipelines using homegrown tools and 3rd party such as NiFi
  3. Identify opportunities to automate, simplify repeat tasks and automate/script
  4. Act as a single point of contact for all data related troubleshooting questions from the customer support team
