Lead Python Developer + Strong programming experience with Django/Flask
Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid) and it is in-person interview only.

Your Day-to-Day:

  1. Development: Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Debugging and resolving complex issues in existing software. Completing work on time with little to no oversight.
  2. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with business analysts, solution architects, and fellow developers, converting requirements into scalable, sustainable automation solutions.
  3. Project Planning and Management: Contributing to project planning, including estimating timelines and resource requirements. Managing priorities and task assignments within the development team.
  4. Mentorship: Mentoring junior developers, providing guidance, and encouraging best practices.

Required Experience:

  1. Minimum of 5 years experience developing Python solutions.
  2. Experience with Flask, Django, CherryPy, or similar web framework.
  3. Experience with Python Azure technical stack to include: Azure Key Vault, Azure App Service, Azure Storage Container, and Azure SQL Server.

Preferred Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.
  3. A portfolio of projects or contributions to open-source projects is highly desirable.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $70.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
