Job Description:
Our client is looking for an Engineering Technologist to join their Lighting team. This role will be in the office creating a variety of work order for clients in the power utilities space. This company provides full training, room for growth and exposure to different projects and teams! This is a long term, stable opportunity. Job Description: The purpose of this position is to provide technical expertise to accurately evaluate options and design safe, cost effective, and reliable distribution facilities for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Learn company/client policies and procedures for the development of site designs for electrical distribution facilities to serve a variety of customers.
• Prepares site drawings and construction sketches for various installations of electrical facilities in a cost-effective manner that maximizes safety and service reliability.
• Prepares project or job packages including material estimates and material requisitions of the materials required for the prepared distribution electrical designs.
Must Haves:
•Own reliable form of transportation
•Ability to work 40 hrs/week onsite/in the field
•Completed 2 or 4 year degree in Engineering, Technology, Applied Science or related
Compensation :
$18/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
