Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Devops Architect with experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. Our engineers have a passion for high-quality, reliable and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together in order to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Location: Plano, Texas

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience in Java tech stack and AWS cloud
- Manage and configure infrastructure as code
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipeline
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Environment provisioning using Terraform, DevOps Jenkins
- Proven experience in software analysis and detailed design. Experience in analysis and application design using Design Patterns and UML
- Exceptional application implementation skills, proven through various software development projects
- Experience with Agile
- Technical requirements include:
- AWS NLB, ECS, SQS, KAFKA, KINESIS STREAM, S3, LAMBDA, NETWORK INTERFACES, DNS, API GATEWAY
- Hands-on Experience in Docker Containers
- Solid understanding of the Terraform Concepts and environment provisioning using the terraform scripts
- Dev best practices and experience working with the DevOps tools like GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube
