YOU'D LIKE TO DO THIS
We are seeking an experienced Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems Engineer to serve as an integral part of our Engineering Team. This role will provide support for the development, integration, and testing of technologies underlying our mobile electronic warfare platforms. This includes undertaking R&D activities, operational test and evaluation, development of capability enhancements, and integration of new technologies. Additionally, the EW Systems Engineer will create and manage requirements, produce operational systems concepts, perform system architecture studies, and solicit feedback from leadership and system stakeholders. This engineer should be motivated and high performing, skilled in areas needed for cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team activities.
The candidate should have a strong background in market-released and deployed systems, demonstrating the ability to successfully manage product development efforts through the entire lifecycle from requirements definition and component selection to testing and delivery. A customer-first approach is central to this role, directly supporting the ongoing development of complex systems in mission-critical applications. The candidate will work closely with our electrical, RF, software, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure a deep understanding of system requirements and enable productive information exchange.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Lead/assist in requirements definition
  • Conduct R&D activities
  • Identify and perform hands-on evaluation of system components
  • Engage cross-team SMEs at all stages of product development
  • Translate complex technical challenges into actionable strategies and system architectures
  • Review, develop, and document system-level operational concepts
  • Update peers and leadership on progress and technical challenges
  • Remain abreast of emergent industry developments and customer-driven demand signal
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE THIS
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering; EE, Software, or Physics
  • 5+ years of direct EW / RF experience, or 2 years of related experience with a Master's degree
  • Design experience specific to EW hardware and software
  • Hands-on expertise with Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other RF measurement equipment
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of EW M&S systems and techniques
  • Experience with C++ and MATLAB
  • Hands-on development experience
  • Strong technical writing and communications
  • Experience with integration and use of high-fidelity simulation with Hardware-in-loop (HWIL) simulation and testing
  • Must be a US Citizen with appropriate identification

Salary Range: $170k - $190k
