POSITION SUMMARY
CVS Health is looking for a Senior eGRC Archer Developer to be a part of the eGRC Enablement Team. This senior role will lead and participate in the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of highly complex solutions in adherence to company standards. This Developer will serve as the point of escalation for complex applications in production and also the point of escalation for configuration and administration for the Archer GRC Platform.
What we Expect of You
- Perform research, gather requirements, and perform systems and business analysis for development and support of Archer GRC platform.
- Participate in the technical design and development of new products or system enhancements.
- Estimate work effort requirements and durations for software support and development tasks.
- Ensure timely, effective, and quality fixes to defects, while working collaboratively with the development team and Business Analysis/QA team.
- Participate in the solution development process ensuring that customer requests and needs are represented within the product.
- Gather, understand, and document business requirements for successful Archer implementations.
- Develop swim lane/business process workflow diagrams.
- Design and build processes and technical requirements for Archer implementations.
- Assess eGRC team risks and controls, identify opportunities for improvement.
- Follow software development and testing best practices for relevant technologies.
- Perform system maintenance and support and upgrades, including minimal after-hours and on-call support.
- Codes, configures, tests, debugs, and implements software changes in coordination with computer operations and user departments.
- Acts as a resource for teammates with less experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7 years of professional IT experience.
- 5+ years of experience administering Archer.
- Experience with the software development life cycle and agile development principles.
- Experience with a load-balanced distributed high availability system.
- Experience in risk management, compliance, or audit.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting (SQL, SSRS, Excel BI Tools, Power BI).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in Archer eGRC development 6.x in an On-Prem or private cloud environment.
- Proficient in Archer Advanced Workflow.
- Subject matter expert for Archer IRM eGRC platform, with knowledge of Archer system architecture.
- Solid understanding of system integration, interface methods, APIs, SOA, etc.
- Broad knowledge of infrastructure, services, security standards, and best practices.
- Practical experience gathering business requirements, conceptualizing, or designing solutions.
- Understanding of Azure Active Directory.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $130,295.00 - $260,590.00.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
