Qualifications:
Extensive experience in IT infrastructure support, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in diverse environments such as office spaces, reservation centers, and airports.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Ability to handle complex technical issues, create workarounds when standard procedures fail, and document solutions accurately.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive operational support, including Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) requests for IT infrastructure.
Deliver exceptional customer support during field visits and dispatch assignments.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical errors, identifying proper solutions and ensuring minimal disruption.
Produce detailed, timely service reports, and maintain thorough documentation of processes.
Collect and analyze performance data to offer technical assistance and insights for improving operations.
Coordinate workflows with schedules to optimize efficiency.
Develop technical solutions for software setup issues affecting field engineers, technicians, and customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
Proficient in ladder use for IT infrastructure access and maintenance.
