Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Quality Engineer.

Client is seeking a Quality Engineer who will be responsible for leading and managing the test automation efforts using Tricentis Tosca within the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tosca, a solid understanding of test automation best practices, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of automation engineers. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and execution of test automation strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience in test automation with a focus on Tosca.
3. Experience in working on Java and Selenium.
4. Proven leadership experience in managing and leading test automation teams.
5. Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.
6. Hands-on experience with scripting languages and automation tools.
7. Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks using Tosca.
2. Ensure the scalability and flexibility of the test automation framework to accommodate changes in application features and requirements.
3. Implement best practices for modular and reusable automation code.
4. Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to understand application features and requirements.
5. Oversee the execution of automated test suites and monitor test results.
6. Analyze and report on automated test results, identifying and prioritizing issues.
7. Ensure the timely resolution of automated test failures and defects.
8. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the test automation process and tools.
9. Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance the skills of the automation team.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Previous experience in the implementation or support of supply chain solutions is a plus.
