JOB TITLE: IAM Systems Engineer

LOCATION: Onsite in San Diego, CA

DURATION: 12 month contract

PAY RANGE: $49-59/hour

TOP 3 SKILLS:

1. 5+ years experience managing and maintaining Active Directory

Responsibilities:

1. Automating solutions for user onboarding and offboarding
2. Enhancing existing onboarding solutions/tools (Saviynt, OneIdentity Active Roles Server)
3. Build out documentation around processes of various IAM tools
4. Ability to work in a majority SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework for the Enterprise) environment with flexibility to leverage waterfall project delivery processes when required
5. Resolve IAM-related issues across the SIE organization
6. Contribute to strategic roadmaps for IAM systems and programs for SIE
7. Conduct regular or emergency maintenance or software upgrades as required
8. Support dev/engineering teams alongside other IT DevOps staff
9. Continuously work with stakeholders to enhance and evolve IAM program
10. Prepare documentation for audits and act as POC for audit issues
11. Assist various IT teams with Active Directory migration tasks

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years experience managing and maintaining Active Directory
2. 5+ years experience in automating IT solutions
3. High level of attention to detail and accuracy
4. Documentation of standards, methods and diagrams of environments
5. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
6. Ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision
7. Be available on an on-call basis to respond to pending issues or problems arising during non-business hours
8. Ability to quickly learn new technologies
9. Scripting experience required
10. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory (AD), IT processes and procedures, information security, and systems implementations required
11. OneIdentity Active Roles experience strongly preferred
12. Strong knowledge of PowerShell required
13. AWS architecture, design and deployment experience
14. Experience with Identity and Access Management tools (Sailpoint, Saviynt, etc.)
15. Experience with SQL Server
16. Experience with Exchange Online / Entra ID
17. Experience with Okta

Education:

1. BS./B.A. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
2. Technical certifications a plus, but not required
