We are seeking a Senior Python Developer. This role involves creating advanced analytics for both Customized and DIY tools, tailored to customer interactions. Collaboration with tool developers, mission leads, and tradecraft experts is essential to discern organizational needs and ensure effective metric data collection. The position also includes developing support for analytic interfaces, ensuring they meet design and performance standards, and offering expert guidance on metric generation, application, and usage. Additionally, the role encompasses providing operational support for the ongoing maintenance of these analytic solutions.
What you will do- Develop analytics for Customized and Do-it-Yourself (DIY) analytic tools based on customer action
- Ability to partner with tool developers, mission leads and tradecraft experts to identify organizational business needs to capture relevant metric data as they relate to metric collection
- Provide development support to analytic front ends to verify conformity and performance to proposed GUI designs
- Provide subject matter expertise for metric generation, usage, and applications
- Provide operational support for Customized and DIY analytic maintenance
- Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or Doctoral degree plus 4 years of relevant experience. An Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
- Computer Science (CS) degree or related field
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Strong Python experience
- Familiar with Data Science methodologies
- Knowledge of Jupyter Notebooks
- Familiar with Tradecraft Suite and Notebook Gallery
- Experience with Gitlab, Maven, and Jenkins
- Work in a team environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with C, R, or Java
- Familiarity with GMLearn
- Familiarity with GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, and Integration & Deployment
