- Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields.
- 5-10 years of related job experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns.
- Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- A good understanding of current marketing trends.
- Good understanding of Campaign Management Module in Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Responsible for full-service operations and overall customer support and satisfaction.
- Subject Matter Expert from Strategic and Implementation perspective.
- Works closely with Project Manager to optimize team performance .
- SPOC for first level of escalation.
- Manage overall campaign calendar with client and internal delivery team. Keeping the challenges in mind for both parties.
- Recommend change in campaign calendar as required.
- Understand, validate and ensure requirements are documented before it's forwarded to project managers for delivery. Work with client or agency to obtain clarifications.
- Work closely with 'Project manager' to align resources and timelines to campaigns.
- Perform weekly reviews of the work completed, in progress and expected to be delivered with client and team.
- Ensure client and delivery team is following the process as agreed during onboarding phase.
- Ensure both client and delivery team are following SLA as agreed. Highlight in case of challenges. Manage the quality dashboard accordingly.
- Oversee the communication done by project managers and consultants.
- Call out any challenges which might impact the overall delivery to 'Program lead' and other parties.
