About You:
We are seeking a Machine Learning & Data Science Engineer who will design, implement, and optimize machine learning models while building scalable data pipelines. This role will require a deep understanding of both machine learning and data engineering principles to solve complex problems in product optimization, trading strategies, fraud detection, and predictive modeling.
What you'll do:
- Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models for financial analytics, predictive insights, and recommendation systems.
- Explore opportunities to leverage generative AI to automate processes for users and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production environments.
- Develop and manage data pipelines for handling large volumes of structured and unstructured financial data.
- Ensure the accuracy, scalability, and performance of data architectures and ML models.
- Implement best practices in model governance, explainability, and risk mitigation.
- Perform model validation and retraining based on performance metrics and real-time feedback.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and research in AI, data science, and fintech.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning and data engineering.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with data pipeline tools (Airflow, Kafka) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proficiency in big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and data governance practices.
- Strong knowledge of futures trading or fintech systems is a plus.
- Experience deploying or incorporating generative AI or LLMs in production systems is a plus.
