Mechanical Drafter - HVAC and Plumbing

Job Description
I am partnered up with a highly ranked A&E Firm who is seeking a Mechanical Drafter - HVAC & Plumbing. Please reach out to me directly to learn more about this position.
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with other disciplines and work in a team environment
• Responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for HVAC systems
• Review installation of designed equipment/systems for compliance with construction documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Revit experience required
• HAP or Trane 3D Plus energy load experience
• Figure unit count design experience
• ASHRAE and Plumbing code experience
• Lidar experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
