Systems Engineer Sr.
Position Description
US CITIZENSHIP AND ACTIVE TOP SECREI CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED
CGI Federal is currently looking for Sr. Systems Engineer with active Top-Secret clearance to support a large project for a federal government client. As a Sr. Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering new product features and functionality. You will collaborate closely with other analysts, leads/product managers, engineers, and architects to define the optimal solutions. This position can be based in Washington DC.
Your future duties and responsibilities
This position is located in Washington, DC.
Collaborate with technology and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions for business challenges.
Contribute to enhancing systems analysis practices.
Mentor junior systems analysts as opportunities arise.
Manage multiple projects concurrently.
Ensure adherence to documentation standards and best practices.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
10+ years of technical analysis skills with a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects.
Active Top-Secret clearance.
Informatica and other custom software components (JAVA, etc.)
Apache Niagra Files (NiFi)
Apache TIKA
Databricks and Lakehouse architecture
ElasticSearch
AWS SQS
Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management, and facilitation abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both business and technical team members.
Capability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with business partners and technology teams.
Effective management of project-related tasks and issues.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Please note that due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $85,800.00 - $168,900.00.
