HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- The Assistant Director of Building Maintenance facilitates the maintenance of the interior and exterior building structure finishes, helipads and accessories (doors, windows, etc.)
- This position oversees the maintenance of the hospital's service equipment (wheel chairs, stretchers, carts, etc.), the maintenance of the hospital's TV cable and TV repair, and the maintenance of the hospital's kitchen equipment.
- Provides support of medical center in house remodeling in accordance with appropriate codes, regulations, and approved plans.
- Oversees and manages renovation of construction projects.
- Directs assigned personnel in the training and distribution of activities necessary to accomplish the above.
- Reviews utility bills for accuracy and approves for payment.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- AS degree in Engineering or related field
- OR High School Diploma and equivalent professional experience.
Required Experience:
- Five (5) years of supervisory/management experience with Associates degree
- Seven (7) years of experience with High School Diploma or Equivalent, to include five (5) years of supervisory/management experience.
