About the Role
We are seeking 10 highly skilled Senior Cloud Software Engineers to join our dynamic team. These roles require a strong background in software engineering with a focus on cloud computing and modern development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable cloud-based software solutions
- Implement and optimize architectures on major cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
- Contribute to open-source projects and frameworks
- Participate in Agile development processes
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 6 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply)
- At least 2 years experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- 7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
- 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
- 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
- 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
Technologies
OTEL, Open Source (Signoz, OpenObserve, ELK/Opensearch, Clickhouse), Splunk, Kafka, Kinesis, DynamoDB, AWS Lambda

The ideal candidates SHOULD have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a drive for innovation in cloud-based software engineering.
Note: This is an onsite position with hybrid 3 days office with 2 days WFH, and is in 3 locations- 1. Richmond 2. McClean VA 3. Plano, Texas. You should be local to any of these areas or willing to relocate.
