Role: Lead Process Engineer:
• Integrate into client team and aid the current engineering team in their project delivery efforts.
• This senior role includes all aspects of project management but includes experience with facility process design.
• Facilities to included food manufacturing and warehousing.
• This role will lead engineering efforts as well as onsite activities relative, construction, maintenance, and operations teams,
• Strong analysis skills, and strong communication skills, and experience in facility design and construction are key to success in this role.
• Experience in required, facility design and construction experience needed/ Lean Six Sigma Experience desirable/ Strong time management skills/ Excellent communication skills/ Able to work cross functionally with all levels of the organization/ Collaborative with a win-win mindset/ Good listener, actively seeking to gather input and understand plant needs/ Thrives in a team environment/ High level of ownership and initiative/ Dedication to collaborative work environment and committed to team success/ Internally motivated, goal driven, biased toward action/ Communicates in timely, honest, candid, direct, and concise manager in all environments.
