Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer
Location: The Woodlands, Texas/ Greater Houston area
Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire (with potential for conversion to full-time employment after 6 months)
Work Schedule: 12 PM to 9 PM CST, 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday), remote on Fridays
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 6-9 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong proficiency in Sales Cloud development, including configuration, customization, and integration
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with offshore development teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Marketing Cloud development
- Knowledge of Salesforce Experience (Community) Cloud
- Familiarity with Real Estate and Construction industry domains
Job Description:
As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Salesforce implementation and ongoing maintenance. You will be responsible for leading a team of offshore developers, designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions, and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of offshore Salesforce developers
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce customizations and integrations
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to the Salesforce team
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues
- Participate in Agile development ceremonies (e.g., planning, grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 6-9 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong proficiency in Sales Cloud development
- Experience leading and collaborating with offshore teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
