Job Requirements:

1. Education Bachelor’s degree or professional supply chain certification preferred
2. 6-8 years of S&OP, Supply Chain management, demand/inventory experience
3. Experienced in leading S&OP functional area in fast pace innovation industry, within the aerospace industry – a plus
4. Experienced working with global organization and regional cultures
5. Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organization goals
6. Strong background and understanding of supply chain management principles such as Production Planning, Purchasing, Forecasting and Logistics
7. Strong analytical, organization, decision making and presentation skills to working level and executive levels
8. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external business partners
9. Solid experience and knowledge for Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) Process Management
10. Advanced skills working with software packages, MRP/ERP systems, high competency in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management
11. Lead and influence cross functional teams to make timely and business-critical decisions
12. Excellent communication with written, verbal and presentation skills to all levels of audiences
13. Strong data analytics and report preparation skills
14. Resourceful in resolutions, initiating continuous improvements and drive operation excellence and best practices
15. Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, Jira Systems – advantage
16. Work experience in startup environments – advantage

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the establishment and execution of S&OP processes through collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Operations in alignment to business strategies and objectives
2. Run weekly S&OP cross functional reviews that lead to monthly executive S&OP summaries to provide planning and recommendations for the executive leadership, including mitigation actions
3. Responsible for client sales lead to contract milestones tracking and follow up to ensure that performance and planning goals are met through the S&OP process
4. Responsible for managing of the S&OP key performance indicators
5. Own and manage S&OP calendar of events, meeting recaps and action plan, issue resolution, and tracking demand/supply mitigating actions
6. Develop and implement new and/or improved tools to ensure timely measurement, reports and visibility to Product Supply Status to drive improvements with key stakeholders
7. Evaluate supplier delivery performance and capability, build into the S&OP process risk mitigating approaches to manage supplier performance and supply chain risk assessments
8. Support inventory strategies toward inventory optimization through effective S&OP execution in alignment with demand and supply planning execution
9. Assist to quantify and define scope for capacity, resource, logistics, and supply chain planning
