Job Details
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to help build our design capabilities. You'll be responsible for solving our clients' tough software problems by crafting thoughtful, user-centric experiences. You'll help us conduct Discovery workshops, create wireframe prototypes, conceptualize memorable User Interfaces, manage design systems, and also help us build out our company brand.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients (listening, collaborating, leading, and clearly communicating a creative vision)
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders (designers, engineers, product managers, QA, etc.)
- Design application structures using User Flows and Sitemaps
- Build Wireframe prototypes and beautiful UI's
- Maintain good organization of projects (files, documentation, time tracking, etc)
- Advocate for design and design process within the company
- Help us continue to build our brand and help with marketing efforts
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a senior/lead designer (Experience working at startups and/or an agency is ideal)
- Deep understanding of UX principles
- Comfortable working in a wide range of industries, clients, and project sizes
- Experience collaborating with a team, especially in a remote office environment
- General design curiosity and a passion for making great things
- Strong experience with Figma
- Basic understanding of modern web technologies, browsers, frameworks, and devices
