Job Description
- Utilize extensive CNC programming background to develop efficient programs for custom and complex parts
- Showcase and action strong understanding of programming, tool selection, and machining processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through designing CAM templates, writing work instructions, and optimizing CAM programs
- Implement GD&T in the manufacturing process
- Troubleshoot production issues throughout the process, & interface with Quality, Maintenance, & Production teams to optimize manufacturability
- Communicate effectively with operators, engineers, and team leaders
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but can be offset with relevant manufacturing experience
- Strong background in Mastercam programming
- Experience with SolidWorks and Vericut softwares is a plus
- Open to learn and collaborate with multiple teams on-site
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines
- Background experience in composite materials is a plus
- Base salary $80,000 - $115,000, depending on experience
- 3 weeks PTO
