Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the analysis, implementation, and maintenance.
2. Third party systems integrations, specifically, but limited to, Admissions, Career Services, Financial Aid.
3. Faculty, staff and student facing system enhancements.
4. Documentation of requirements, software design and support.
5. Adherence to departmental SDLC policies and best practices.
6. Implementation of University's Digital Experience Platform (DXP).
7. Defines and discerns key aspects of a problem and develops an integrated solution within a broad technical and business context. Will have multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.
8. Provides guidance/training to more junior staff.
9. Recognized expert internally within a discipline.
10. Specific Devices, Software, Projects: Student Information System and its extensions/customizations, 25Live Scheduling, Digital Experience Platform, PowerFAIDS, Slate, J-card, Stellic, various HR systems, Career Services Systems, Graduate Admissions and related integrations.
11. Scale/size of Area, Project and/or System Supported: Enterprise-wide.

Salary: 110000.00 - 120000.00 $/Year

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. Five years related experience.
3. Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Thorough knowledge of, and demonstrable experience.
2. OS/Infrastructure: Windows, Unix, Docker.
3. SQL- MS SQL (including T-SQL, views, stored procedures, user defined functions, etc.)
4. Web app platforms: Vue.JS or similar JavaScript framework.
5. Cloud integration: AWS or Azure.
6. Source Control: SVN, Git and Gitlow.
7. Experience with Microsoft .NET (.NET Framework and .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, VB.NET), XML/XSL, JSON, HTML/JavaScript/CSS; report development experience with SQL Reporting Service is desirable.
