Custom Profile Tool / Die Design Experience

Design tooling. Understands the process.

Owner is retiring. He does all of the design now.

14 extruders, running 6, lots of capacity.

Profitable business.

Tool maker does some design

$90-$125K base

Bonus program: Quarterly bonus of about 1 weeks pay every year so far. Not guaranteed, but has been dependable.

Relocation: Will pay to relocate someone.

No tool shop in house. Design sent to outside tool manufacturer.

Approximate time spent

• 50% tool design or redesign.
• 25% Participate in trials. Then tweak design.
• 25% other stuff (not maintenance) process improvements, etc.

Really love to have someone who is very familiar with the extrusion process as well.

Part of a cross-functional team.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
