Towards this vision, we are seeking strong and highly motivated engineers to disrupt and build the next generation of products and take them to the next level:
- Lead the design/development of software and ensure its quality.
- Define new components with complete understanding of service interdependencies and limitations.
- Possess knowledge and curiosity to learn more about performance, scalability, enterprise system architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts for iterative development.
- Work effectively with product development and engineering teams.
- Actively mentor junior team members.
- You must be self-driven, curious to learn, proactive, and result-oriented.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in computer science or equivalent.
- 4+ years of software development experience with C#, C++, or Java.
- Experience working in agile teams with a strong customer focus.
- Good communication and cross-group collaboration skills.
- Experience in Azure, Exchange, or other cloud and distributed systems is a big plus.
