Data Entry Contractor

Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, is working with our client, a well-respected global leader in the Audio Media Industry , in finding a Data Entry Contractor (2 Openings) to work a onsite at their office in San Antonio, TX .
Job Title: Data Entry Contractor
Location: San Antonio, TX 78258
Contract Duration: 3-4 Months (Temp Role)
Schedule: Fully Onsite , Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 5pm with half hour lunch.
Pay Rate: $17/HR + Benefits
Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and process large volume of invoices and/or data
• Prepare batches of invoices for data entry/scanning
• Open/sort incoming invoices, statements, and correspondence
• Perform other basic clerical duties related to Accounting Department

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year of Data Entry experience, preferred in high-volume environment
• 6,000 to 8,000 KS/PH
• Basic MS Excel Skills
• Must be detail-oriented

*Data Entry Test - Scoring for # of keystrokes & accuracy rate.
