SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES
Lead RPA Developer is a mid-level team member who is leading team members in developing, implementing, and monitoring Automated processes using primarily, but not limited to the RPA automation tools. These tools are used to automate processes that would typically be done manually. This role also encompasses supporting the rest of the automation team in their efforts in areas of RPA development, custom programming, and API development and support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Lead team members to proficiently use the UIPath and Foxtrot applications to support the business needs of stakeholders
Manage the workloads of RPA Developers to ensure efficient use of time and costs
Oversee multiple RPA projects and report KPI's to managers on resource performance
Monitor and support the UIPath and/or Foxtrot applications to ensure consistent performance of the applications.
Find ways to ensure that the applications are running at optimal performance.
Participate in an on-call rotation to support the application during the entire support window established by their manager(s).
Train newer resources to use, support, and administrate the applications and evaluate their capabilities.
Collaborate with peers, managers, and business stakeholders on projects to implement new work using the applications.
Properly communicate outages and issues with the software to stakeholders quickly.
Open the necessary incidents both internally and with the software vendor to ensure timely resolutions to issues and defects.
Participate in Outage calls and work sessions to resolve defects and outages.
Document scripts on their functions that explain the script logic, inputs, outputs, and schedules
Participate in activities related to Business Continuity testing of the applications.
Look for efficiencies and areas to innovate making the software or processes more efficient.
Participate in regularly scheduled team and project meetings.
Listen to and explain business requirements in such a way demonstrate understanding of what is being asked.
Strong active listening skills to understand business requirements.
Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management and time management.

COMPETENCIES
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of all RPA scripting tools and their Functions.
Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be a self-starter.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications to contribute to and author documentation through MS Word, Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook.
An understanding of the company's automation strategy, tools being used, and a desire to learn how to use them.
General banking and financial knowledge including core, ACH, Wire, Card, and lending terms.
Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements
Education : Bachelor's or Professional degree in related discipline, or a minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience working in related software or middleware.
Experience : 3-5 years of programming/scripting experience. 1-3 years of managing people
Certifications/Specific Knowledge : Proficiency in RPA development tools including UIPath and Foxtrot. Familiarity with project management concepts, planning, execution, and reporting.
Must have Foxtrot experience .
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES
Required annual compliance training; New Employee Orientation
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, and cash denominations, and identify customers.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered. Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed.

In accordance with Colorado law: Colorado pay for this position is anticipated to be between $81,000 to $125,000, actual offers to be determined based on applicant's skills, experience and education.
