KCI is seeking an Electrical Sr. Project Manager with experience managing a broad range of public and private sector clients and associated MEP engineering work. The preferred candidate is a skilled project manager with 9 years of experience managing electrical design projects as prime or a subconsultant to other disciplines.

Duties, Responsibilities & Other
In this role, you will:
- Manage a team of engineers, designers, and project managers.
- Train and develop staff.
- Partner with the Practice Leader to help grow the Electrical Practice.
- Prepare proposals including technical approach, scope, schedule, and fee.
- Oversee and be directly involved in the preparation of plans, technical specifications, and construction period services.
- Be responsible for project delivery of complete design packages, including coordination and oversight of multiple design disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 9 years of experience in Electrical design and construction.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience leading a team of engineers/designers.
- Strong technical knowledge base in Electrical engineering principles and design.
- Experience with contract management, billing, and workload planning.
- Successful candidate should have client contacts and the ability to bring in new business.
- Experience in developing and managing public- and private-sector clients is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 9 - 14 years of professional experience.
- Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment.
Performance Expectations
- Complete Annual Individual Training Program.
- Mentor and train staff.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Ensure projects fulfill ISO compliance requirements.
- Deliver all projects on time and within budget.
