Salary Range: $120,000 to $160,000 per year

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement optimal cloud-based solutions.
• Define and document best practices for application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams to build cloud competencies.
• Ensure high standards of application performance, uptime, code quality, and thoughtful design.
• Lead the architecture design and implementation of applications utilizing cloud services.
• Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including planning, requirements, development, and testing.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventative measures.
• Educate teams on new cloud-based initiatives and provide associated training.
• Employ exceptional problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues before they impact business productivity.

You Are a Fit If You Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Mathematics
• 3+ years of experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on the AWS platform
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technology stack (C# / .NET,ASP.NETMVC, Web APIs), SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server or others), HTML5, JavaScript, and Angular
• Experience with AWS services: ELB load balancer, Redis, Elastic
• Familiarity with development and CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Jira , Bitbucket, Git, Visual Studio, Unit testing, debugging, and profiling
• Understanding of the five pillars of a well-architected framework
• Ability to empathize with users and advocate for their experience
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
