In this role, you will work with a team of industry experts to help the world’s leading companies solve their most difficult problems. You will join our Control System Integration Practice and partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.

What You’ll Do

You'll work individually and in teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for our clients. Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals.

  1. Perform a wide variety of duties including implementation of control algorithms in software, development of software data file structures, terminal display formatting and software for data transmission with detailed emphasis on programming using assembly level languages, PLC languages, Visual C++ and other higher-level languages. Also, must be able to develop, implement and employ debugging and maintenance software in the development and maintenance of company products and related equipment.
  2. Team building, project management, control system design, SCADA, Databases and database interfaces, data analytics & reporting, scripting (VB, C#, etc.) programming and site start-up support of integrated packaging line and process systems for System Integration & Automation in the consumer products industry.
  3. Make an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and team.

What You’ll Bring

  1. Minimum of ten years of System Integration, SCADA & ME applications. Candidates with experience in the food and beverage or life science industries are strongly preferred.
  2. Strong working knowledge of Wonderware, Rockwell, or Ignition suite of products required.
  3. Requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to be applied in design, programming, and troubleshooting of SCADA, MES, Analytics, Mobile, Virtualization, Databases, and associated technologies.
  4. Knowledge with Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix, PLC5, SLC500) and Siemens PLC’s, PanelView HMI’s, Industrial Communication Networks and .NET programming is a plus.
  5. The ability to simultaneously organize and successfully execute multiple project responsibilities is needed.
  6. Candidates must possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of management, clients, and vendors.
  7. Contractor and Construction management skills are also a plus.
  8. Willing and able to travel as necessary for project requirements to include but not be limited to project installation and start-up activities, client meetings, company sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, or conventions.
  9. Bachelor of Science in Engineering– Electrical or Computer Engineering required. Other engineering degrees may be considered based on experience.

The approximate pay range for this position is $115-$150k. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
