Financial Services Firm is hiring for a Head of Support for their small, but growing team based in New York City. This is a permanent role. You will ideally have previous Financial Services / Fintech experience and have software-related application support experience.
They are looking for an individual with strong expertise of setting up a support function, ensuring and setting up of smooth processes to enhance the software support function, global team management, etc. You will have strong communication skills as you will need to deal with both internal and external stakeholders.
The technical environment includes Linux, SQL, AWS, Python, Docker, Git and GitLab, Jira, Confluence, etc.
Skills and Attributes:
• Expertise in setting up a support function from scratch in a few environments
• Fintech experience
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Experience in customer facing positions
