We enable creators (podcasters, writers, musicians, illustrators, etc) to connect with their fans directly and make money from their creative work. Creators can sell one-off items from their own shops or offer recurring monthly memberships with exclusive access to their work.

We’re continuing to invest heavily in building the most talented team in the Creator Economy and are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to support our mission.

This role is based in San Francisco or New York and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.

About the Role

  • Build and iterate on user-facing features that power a delightful notification experience for creators and fans across various channels such as email, push, in-app.
  • Build and maintain APIs that support critical and low latency backend applications used by web and mobile applications.
  • Comfortable working as a full stack engineer in React, next.js and Python environments.
  • Write data pipelines to support core growth services such as Experimentation Platforms and Notification Systems.
  • Advocate for best patterns and practices in the areas of system design, performance, observability and testing.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, designers, and other engineers to deliver high quality features.

About You:

  • 6+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong experience with Python or a similar language
  • Experience with React, next.js, Typescript or Javascript
  • Experience with SQL
  • Solid communication skills with cross-functional team members
  • Eager to take on new challenges and expand skill set
