Looking for a Business Analyst with creative instincts to join its web development team.

Seeking to acquire a Business Analyst to support the day-to-day projects within the Digital Service Team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to help inform our web development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web projects, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate project progress.

Responsibilities

• Analyze web development project requirements and develop project plans
• Create user stories, use cases, and wireframes
• Research and evaluate potential solutions to web development problems
• Monitor project progress and create reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in web development, computer science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in web development and business analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Excellent understanding of web applications built in Drupal
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies
• Knowledge of web development best practices and industry standards
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience; or a current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
