We are looking for a talented .NET Developer to join our newly formed team. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a core developer on a newly formed team, contributing to building and maintaining our systems infrastructure.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system-related issues using tools like Azure App Insights and Redgate SQL tools to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement processes to minimize downtime and manage system or server stress effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Actively participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile ceremonies such as story creation, refinement, and planning.

Technical Requirements:

• Systems Analysis: Experience with Redgate SQL Tools and Azure App Insights for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Development Technologies:
• Microsoft Web Forms
• Microsoft .NET Core
• Microsoft C#
• Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) Pipelines
• Microsoft Azure Data Factory
• ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework and/or Dapper
• Angular (Components & TypeScript)
• SQL Server:
• Experience with Transact-SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Expertise in query optimization, managing large datasets, and change data capture.
• SDLC Experience:
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and all Scrum ceremonies.
• Ability to contribute to CI/CD processes using ADO pipelines, including gitflow branching and pull requests.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in systems analysis and troubleshooting, utilizing Azure App Insights or similar tools, and Redgate SQL tools.
• Demonstrated capability in developing plans and processes to minimize system downtime and manage server stress.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new business processes and technologies.
