As an intern, you will be challenged with completing projects that will enhance your skills all while being provided with coaching, mentorship and networking opportunities.At Enterprise Mobility, we work in a highly collaborative environment that believes in providing career advancement and development opportunities, and we have a promote from within culture. This program offers the opportunity to grow your skills, build lasting professional relationships, work in a high performing team environment, and foster your competitive spirit!This structured 10-week internship program is hosted both in-office and virtually. Our Interns are required to reside in the St. Louis area through the duration of the program. Interns will be onsite 1 to 3 times per week to participate in coordinated group internship events and development activities. Interns generally have the opportunity to work either onsite or remotely the other days of the week with their assigned teams.ScheduleThis 10-week internship will begin on May 19, 2025 and will conclude on July 25, 2025. You must be available to work a 40-hour work week for the entire 10 weeks working Monday through Friday.ResponsibilitiesOver the course of the 10-week internship experience, you will have the opportunity to:Work directly with a mentor while finding solutions to real world problemsBuild a lasting professional network through social events and engaging activitiesInteract directly with our company leaders to learn about our IT strategy and initiativesWork with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and assist in identifying and implementing changes that maximize the efficiency of the team in delivering solutions that meet the non-functional requirements of our products.Exercise and grow your skills related to continuous integration and deployment automationSupport the creation and publication of documentation resulting from investigative and support activitiesAssist with task automation and help identify process improvement opportunitiesTest, research and investigate technology and assist with the requirements gathering of the solutionsWork on a fast-paced DevOps team in a dynamic environmentWe seek driven and passionate technologists for this competitive opportunity who have a desire to learn, grow and contribute.Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualificationsRequiredMust be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMust be pursuing a degree in computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, or a related information technology field with a 3.0 GPA or higherMust be a current student with a graduation date of either December 2025 or May 2026 OR must have successfully completed a certification from a formal technical bootcamp prior to May 2025Must have an interest in cloud infrastructure and automationMust have completed coursework on APIsMust have experience with one the following programming languages: Python, R, Java or JavaScriptMust be able to translate technical information into easy to consume written communicationsMust have the ability to identify and resolve problems with ingenuity and innovationMust have ability to apply good judgment and discretionRequires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a collaborative environmentMust have strong organizational & analytical skillsMust be able to work a 40-hour work week for the entire 10 week programMust reside in the St. Louis area for the duration of the program with the ability to come onsite weekly as neededMust be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilitiesPreferredPrevious Internship or relevant work experienceAbility to successfully balance participation in extracurricular activities or work, in addition to academicsDemonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities, or team projects in support of academicsExcellent customer service and relationship management skillsExperience using automation tools, query writing languages and scripting languagesEnterprise Mobility/Enterprise Rent-A-Car/Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental seeks and values people of all backgrounds because every employee, customer and business partner is important.
