We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, eager, and fast-learning Solutions Engineer to join our growing, innovative team!
The Solutions Engineer is a highly visible subject matter expert participating in the pre-sales and post-sales stages of customer engagements, and a strategic driver for design and successful implementation of customer solutions. This role requires a unique blend of technical, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal/communication skills with a foundational understanding of Python, Database Management, AWS or Azure and UNIX shell scripting.

Key Duties:
- As part of a cross-functional team across our engineering, customer success and product organizations, work to deliver a world class solution to Verity'sclients.
- Design, implement, execute, and help to maintain customer solutions for top Global Asset Management organizations.
- Build key components that enhance customer experience and workflows using VerityRMS platform's capabilities.
- Build, implement and execute client data migrations and integrations for large data sets.
- Support with roll-out of the customer-specific solutions in AWS and / or Azure environments
- Support the global sales team in both pre and post salesinitiatives.
- Improve technical internal and customer-facing documentation to empower our global customers to maximize the potential ofVerityRMS.
- Engineering or technical-related undergraduate degree.
- 3-5+ years working in a technical relatedrole.
- 3+ years in an Enterprise Software implementation role.
- 2+ years of experience in software development, including hands-on experience with Python or Ruby or Java, MySQL database management, AWS, Azure and Unix shell scripting.
- Experience in front and back-end technologies including, but not limited to: SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Positive, pragmatic, proactive, and flexible attitude: a strong ability to work well withothers.
- Awareness of, and experience dealing with, Windows-based applications is a plus.
- Experience with Ruby-on-Rails, Django, Grails or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Experience and understanding of modern webarchitectures is a plus.
