Your Primary Focus:
- Scale our products from early fit to enterprise complexity.
- Create flows and visualizations that control how compensation communication and management works.
- Deliver best-in-class experiences and features for candidates, employees, and intracompany stakeholders.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in a front-end software engineering role.
- Experience working with React & Typescript.
- Experience and enjoy working with other product roles (designers, PMs).
- Passionate about building iteratively to gather feedback.
- Love the idea of owning projects end-to-end.
- Experience with component libraries & UI Systems.
- Experience with custom UX implementation.

- Typescript and Node.js.
- GCP Firestore, Cloud Run, BigQuery.
Salary Range: Pave’s salary range for this position is $203,000 - $236,000 USD per year.
